The Accademia Europea di Musica in Erba was founded in 1991, with the aim of
spreading musical culture on an international level. After a preliminary
interview and an audition, the courses are open to students already qualified or
qualifying for a music diploma. The lessons have a monthly sequence and access
to the higher level is subject to an end-of-year examination. The final
examination is a public concert held in front of an examining board. All
successful students are presented with a certificate of attendance and an
internationally recognized diploma.
